I am a Priestess of Avalon and started my five-year training with Kathy Jones in Glastonbury in 2000. I now work as a Community Priestess, Writer and Performer in Leamington Spa, where I lead public and private rituals and ceremonies. I also have a great love for Sacred Drama and organise interactive drama events around the West Midlands.
I have a BSc in psychology and spent a number of years working in the Prison Service, first as a researcher, and then as Pagan Minister. During the Ministry post, I taught a course in Introductory Paganism to groups of prisoners, and conducted rituals and meditations with them. It was here that I really started to feel the transformational power of ritual.
I am passionate about retrieving our neglected religious heritage, in particular the Divine Feminine and women’s mysteries, and re-integrating them into our lives. Through my work, I aim to facilitate these sacred energies for others who wish to re-connect to them. I am particularly drawn to working with the myths of the Dark Goddess, such as The Descent of Inanna, Demeter and Persephone, and Kali.
I offer individual and group ceremonies of all kinds, including Handfastings and Handpartings, Baby Namings, Rites of Passage, Healing Ceremonies, Funerals, Seasonal Celebrations, House and Business Blessings etc.
