The Path of Rhiannon, Goddess of Love with Katinka Soetens, Priestess of Avalon

A series of 4 day workshops journeying with Rhiannon into what it means to priestess love for yourself and others, working with the archetype of the sacred sexual priestess and the elemental gifts of the Lover Goddess.

As we love the Goddess, do we love ourselves? How do we manifest Her love in the world? Do we walk Her path of healing-love and know how to guide others into the deepening and opening to Her flow of heart and base chakra?

In these workshops we will learn to listen for and follow Rhiannon's guidance, we will work with dance, movement, sharing, breath, touch, meditation, creativity and sensuality to realise what blocks us loving ourselves and others, so that we may see and experience the Goddess of Love in our own body and being as well as in others.

Saturday 9th October 2010 ~ Earth: 

Starting the journey with Rhiannon, we will meet Her to look into Her mirror and ground our intentions. Guided by Her wild free horses, we will use gentle stretching, movement, shaking and play to access suppressed emotions and facilitate body-disarmament; the release of stuck energy within our body and postures, opening the flow of Her energy in us and moving into a place of acceptance and loving gratitude for our bodies. Working fully dressed and in small groups, we will experience giving and receiving elemental touch, honouring our self and others as sacred beings.

Saturday 15th January 2011 ~  Air:

Rhiannon's song birds and sweet scented perfume will guide us deeper into Her energy as we'll work with Her gifts of air; breathing open all our chakras so we may receive Her energy more fully, so that we may look at what we hold in our blood lineage that does not serve the path of love. We will work with expressing and owning our emotions and will help each other dance to find our wings and fly free as Her birds singing Her praises, softening our hearts.

Saturday 9th April  2011~ Fire:

Now Rhiannon touches us with Her fire of Her snake, igniting the rising kundalini (life/sexual) energy in the land and in us. We will journey deeper into the Her mysteries, welcoming our archetypal sexual priestess. This workshop will include a lot of dance and movement to raise our sexual energy into our heart-space, riding the wave of Her ecstatic energy, so that it may truly shine out and bring healing. We will meet our inner Goddess and God and experience the beauty of our awakened senses in a feast of sensual touch and celebration.

Saturday 9th July 2011 ~ Water:

We will dive even deeper into the ever opening places Her mermaids guide us, working with our boundaries and the balance of emotions, how open or closed can we be and how do we tune in to check where we need to be in each moment. Using specific mediation, our sexual/life energy and heart love flow will meet with Her Divine Love in a state often described as bliss. Together we will explore seeing, meeting and invoking Her presence in our self and in those we work with or meet, and celebrate the on going journey on the path of Her love.
